City of Bell Gardens

Ross Hall is located at 6662 Loveland St. Bell Gardens, CA 90201

Ross Hall is ONLY available to residents of Bell Gardens and there is limit of two reservations per year. There is absolutely NO alcoholic beverages allowed and all reservations must end by 12:00 am (midnight).

Maximum capacity allowed, including children is 180 guests.

Applicant must be present when placing the reservation. Applicant is required to provide proof of residency in Bell Gardens, examples include utility bills and identification card.

The full deposit required to reserve the date, applicant has fourteen, (14) business days thereafter to pay the remaining balance.

Applicant must fill out paper work at Ford Park and pay assigned fees at City Hall that same day. Deposit refunds may take up to four (4), to six (6), weeks and will be mailed to address on file.

RATES

Building Rental - $50/hour

Security Fee - Current rate for group size (two guards, start half hour before reservation)

Equipment Set-up Fee-  $150.00 for Capacity

Cleaning Fee -  $200.00 for Capacity

Refundable Deposit - $400.00 for Capacity 

 Facility Pictures

• Shelters are ONLY available to rent to residents of Bell Gardens
• Applicant must be present when reserving a shelter. Applicant is required to provide proof of Bell Gardens residency, such as a utility bill in addition to an identification card.
• Applicant must fill out paper work at Ford Park and pay assigned fees at City Hall that same day.
• Jumpers are permitted only if proof of liability insurance is submitted.
• Deposit refunds take four (4), to six(6), weeks to be processed and will be mailed to address on file.
• You may reserve a shelter up to two months in advanced.

Cleaning Fee - $50.00

Weekend Rate - $100.00

Weekday Rate - $80.00

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

 50 guests or less - $75.00

51-100 guests - $100.00

101 or more - $150.00

 Facility Pictures

• Jumper on premises are available for Residents and Non Residents 
• Permit fee is $40.00 per jumper 
• Any Jumpers on city Park property must have a city issued permit along with liability insurance.
• Outlets are not provided. Generators are required. NO water jumpers!
• Please allow three, (3) business days to process request.
