The City of Bell Gardens understands the need to prepare our youth during the developmental years. Its dedication to childhood programs is vital for the community and the future of our city.

Children love to create. In this program children express themselves through color, shapes, creativity and imagination. Participants will learn a variety of techniques while creating unique and masterful art peices.

Your child will develop an understanding and fun perspective of science. This class will encourage children to experiment, explore, and question the world that sorrounds them. They will grow confident knowing they are learning about what make mother nature so mysterious.

Creative movement class for pre-schoolers. Participants have fun dancing to sing-along songs as they make new friends and start on an active lifestyle.

This is a great class for the little chefs in your family.  In this class children will have fun and make new friends while learning how to cook.  Kids will have the opportunit to measure, pour and stir ingredients in a safe environment.  Children must wear an apron to class.

This program is designed for the preschooler to develop their social skills by interacting with other children their age and participating in class activities.  Children will enjoy music, crafts, outdoor play and also learn their colors, shapes and numbers.  They also experience a field trip with their classmates, another way for your child to learn independence.

 All children must be potty trained. A birth certificate and a tuberculosis test results are required at the time of registration.

Session: January 4- March 12, 2010 (10week session)
